Privacy Policy

This website is run by Celest, a licensed salesperson (CEA Reg. No. R068464H) with Huttons Asia Pte Ltd (Agency Licence L3008899K). We handle personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you submit the registration form, we collect:
- your name, mobile number and email address
- your preferred unit type, purpose of purchase and any message you write
- how you reached the site (source and campaign attribution, such as the referring website or ad)
- the date and time you gave consent
How we use it
We use your details to contact you about LinkTown Residences (Hougang Central Residences), including launch dates, showflat arrangements, prices, floor plans and related property matters, by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email. We may also use attribution data to understand which channels bring useful visitors. We do not sell your personal data.
Do Not Call Registry
By submitting the form and ticking the consent box, you give clear and unambiguous consent to be contacted at the number you provide for these purposes, even if that number is listed on the Do Not Call Registry.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how visitors use the site, for example pages viewed and time on site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To prevent spam and abuse, the form server temporarily stores a one-way hash of your IP address for rate limiting; this is deleted within an hour.
Retention
We keep your details only for as long as they are needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise them.
Access, correction and withdrawal
You may ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, at any time. Email hello@linktownresidences.com.sg. We will act on your request within a reasonable time. Withdrawing consent means we will no longer contact you about the project.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. See also our disclaimer and terms of use.
