The project is being developed by a joint venture of CapitaLand Development, UOL and Kheng Leong. We are not the developers and do not speak for them. When prices, floor plans and sales documents are released, the developers’ materials are what count; we summarise them here to make them easier to follow.
How we check and date information
Each fact on this site comes from public sources such as the land award announcement, the developers’ own statements and reported news. Where something has not been released, we say so rather than guessing. Every page carries an “as of” date and one of four status badges:
- To be announced: not released yet. We explain what will be published and roughly when.
- Indicative: a reasonable guide, but not final. For example, floor-plan sizes are based on the developers’ recent project Parktown Residence, and prices are analysts’ estimates of about S$2,500–2,600 psf.
- Updated at launch: the page will be refreshed with the developers’ figures once sales open.
- Confirmed: settled facts, such as the site’s tenure or who the developers are.
Rules on stamp duty, loans and payments are summarised as published. Please verify them with IRAS, MAS, CPF Board or your bank before making decisions.
What we will publish as it is released
Hougang Central Residences is expected to launch in early 2027; UOL’s August 2026 results guide a 2H 2027 launch. As the date gets closer, we plan to add:
- showflat location, opening hours and preview dates
- the price list, unit mix, stacks and elevation chart
- final floor plans, site plan and facilities
- payment schemes and the EOI and booking day process
- balance units after launch
The project details page sums up what is known today, and updates records each change as it happens.
What we will not do
We will not invent prices, unit counts or dates, promise returns, or claim special access to units. If you see a figure here that later turns out to be wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
