Project overview
A summary page with the headline facts: 99-year tenure, District 19, a site area of about 504,800 sq ft, and the TOP date marked as to be announced. It describes the Hougang Central mixed-use site as yielding up to about 835 homes and about 430,556 sq ft of commercial space, directly above Hougang MRT on the North-East Line.
The brochure names the developer as “UOL and CapitaLand”. The residential joint venture has since been reported as CapitaLand Development (50%), UOL Group (40%) and Kheng Leong (10%), with CICT owning the mall. This site uses the updated structure. See the developer page.
Location and connections
Pages on the direct link to Hougang MRT, the new integrated bus interchange, quick access to the KPE, and the Cross Island Line, which is set to make Hougang an interchange around 2030. There is also a page on the Punggol Digital District, the roughly 50-hectare business district with a new Singapore Institute of Technology campus.
Lifestyle
Pages on Hougang Mall (about a 2-minute walk), Waterway Point in Punggol (about a 15-minute drive), sports facilities nearby and the estate’s family-friendly character. These are area descriptions, not features of the development. Our location page covers the same ground in more detail.

Every page of the e-brochure carries the same disclaimer: images and information are for illustration only. The floor plans show what unit types of this kind looked like at Parktown Residence. LinkTown Residences may have different sizes, layouts and a different mix of types. Nothing in the brochure is a price, an offer or a promise of what will be built.
It does not include:
- prices (analysts estimate S$2,500–2,600 psf on average; see the price list page for how to read that estimate)
- the unit mix or number of units per type
- the site plan with block positions, stacks and facilities
- the showflat address, TOP date or maintenance fees

The developers’ brochure
The developers’ brochure for LinkTown Residences, with final floor plans, the site plan and facilities, is to be announced. It is usually released around the showflat preview. The launch is expected in early 2027, and UOL’s August 2026 results guide a 2H 2027 launch. We will replace the indicative brochure as soon as it is out.
When the final brochure arrives, compare its floor plans with the indicative ones. Look for changes in strata area, balcony depth and whether the kitchen is open or enclosed.
