The development
The Hougang Central site will combine about 830 homes, a mall of about 300,000 sq ft net lettable area owned by CICT, a new bus interchange and a town plaza with sheltered event space, all linked to Hougang MRT. The developers’ renderings, site plan and facilities are still to be announced.

Hougang is a mature estate of about 230,000 residents. Punggol Park, Hougang Sports Centre and Punggol Community Club are close to the site, and Montfort Junior School is next to it. See the location page for more on schools, parks and food nearby.
How to read an artist’s impression
An artist’s impression is drawn to show the idea of a development: its scale, its setting and how it connects to its surroundings. It is not a photo and not a plan. Landscaping is usually shown at full maturity, the sky is always clear, and surrounding buildings may be simplified. Block heights, window lines and colours can change as the design is finalised.
For Hougang Central Residences, the useful takeaways from the image are the relationship between the homes, the mall and the transport nodes below them. The details that matter to buyers, such as block positions, stack orientation and facilities, will come from the site plan when it is released.
What’s still to come
Showflat photos, the developers’ renderings, facilities images and a virtual tour for LinkTown Residences are to be announced. They usually appear around the showflat preview. The launch is expected in early 2027, and UOL’s August 2026 results guide a 2H 2027 launch. We will add them to this gallery as soon as they are released.

No. The project has not been built, and the showflat has not opened. The only project image is an artist’s impression, which is for illustration only.

Not necessarily. Artist’s impressions are prepared before the design is final. The developers’ own renderings will be released closer to the launch.
