LinkTown Residences 4 Bedroom Virtual Tour
No 4 bedroom virtual showflat is out yet. What multi-generational households should look at in the tour, from privacy to accessibility.
A 4 bedroom is often bought for more than one generation: parents, children and sometimes grandparents under one roof. For LinkTown Residences (Hougang Central Residences), the virtual showflat has not been released yet. This page lists what a multi-generational household should check in a 4 bedroom tour when it arrives, and how to get value from it before and after a showflat visit.
The 4 bedroom virtual tour is to be announced. If the developers build a 4 bedroom model unit and release a virtual showflat, usually around the preview, we will add the 3D walkthrough or 360° tour here with the final plan. If there is no 4 bedroom model unit, the type may be shown by floor plan only. The unit mix is not yet known. The launch is expected in early 2027, and UOL’s August 2026 results guide a 2H 2027 launch.
The indicative starting point
The indicative 4 bedroom premium plan is about 1,496 sq ft, referencing the developers’ recent project Parktown Residence. It is not LinkTown Residences’ final plan. The 4 bedroom floor plan page covers estimated costs and co-ownership points; use the tour to test how the household would actually share the space.
What to check, person by person
For grandparents
- Is there a bedroom close to a bathroom, ideally without a long walk at night?
- Look at steps or level changes, for example into the bathroom or onto the balcony.
- Note door widths and whether a walking aid could get around the bed.
For the working couple
- Is the master bedroom separated from the other rooms, or do they all open onto one corridor?
- Could one bedroom double as a home office with a door that closes?
For children or adult children
- Do the common bedrooms each fit a bed, desk and wardrobe?
- How many people share each bathroom at peak hours?
For the whole household
- Can the dining area seat everyone for a family meal?
- Is there a separate area for cooking, laundry and storage, and where would a helper sleep if you plan to have one? Do not assume a helper’s room is included.
Using the tour with family members who cannot visit
Multi-generational decisions usually involve people in different places and with different schedules. A virtual showflat lets everyone see the same layout, mark their concerns, and agree on a shortlist before one or two of you visit the showflat in person. It also avoids bringing elderly parents to a crowded preview more than once.
Tip: give each family member one room to “own” during the tour and ask them to list what they would need there. It turns a vague discussion into a concrete checklist.

Hougang Central Residences is directly linked to Hougang MRT, with a new bus interchange integrated, which can matter as much to older family members as the layout itself.

Not yet. No virtual tour has been released for any unit type, and the developers have not said which types will be built as model units.
Is a virtual tour enough for grandparents to judge a 4 bedroom?
It is a good start, especially if a crowded preview is tiring for them. Where possible, an older family member should still see the physical showflat for floor surfaces, bathroom layout and door widths.
Will LinkTown Residences have dual-key 4 bedroom units?
This has not been announced. Dual-key layouts are not confirmed for LinkTown Residences.
