Punggol Regional Library

The library runs through all five floors, so you will see its entrances throughout the building. The People’s Association describes it as Singapore’s first fully inclusive library. One Punggol Hawker Centre

The hawker centre on level 2 has had a change of operator this year. Timbre+ Hawkers ended its tenancy early, and NEA appointed Hawkermania, a Kimly Group company, which took over on 15 August 2026, as reported by The Straits Times. One Punggol Community Club

The CC’s headline facility is a 600-seat multi-purpose hall that doubles as four badminton courts, plus futsal and basketball courts and activity rooms. ServiceSG Centre and HDB Punggol Branch

The ServiceSG Centre at #01-01 is a walk-in counter for help with government services. HDB lists its Punggol Branch here, having moved it into One Punggol in 2022. The Public Service Division lists opening hours of Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, closed on Sundays and public holidays. HDB notes a 24-hour digital lobby for payment kiosks.

Shops and food beyond the hawker centre

The People’s Association lists some retail and food outlets besides the hawker centre, but for proper shopping you will head to Waterway Point at Punggol MRT, a short walk or one LRT stop away. Many residents pair the two: a library visit or badminton game at One Punggol, then groceries at the mall.

• Bring Singpass: you need it to book courts or BBQ pits on onePA, and it speeds things up at the ServiceSG counters.
• HDB matters: some HDB services need an appointment, so check HDB’s website before you make the trip rather than turning up on the day.
• Library seats: study spaces fill up on weekends and during exam periods; go early.
• Hawker centre: weekday lunch and weekend dinner are the busiest times. Mid-afternoon is calmer.
• Blood donation: HSA posts the bloodbank’s current hours and booking details online; check before you go.
